This 12v 24v dc motor speed controller is a low-voltage DC four-quadrant regeneration pulse width speed governor. It adopts special single-chip intelligent control mechanism and it responds quickly, operates steady, works reliable, and has complete defensive functions, etc..

4. ENABLE / BRAKE / DIRECTION TERMINALS
Choose a function by simply opening or closing a dry contact or through an open collector transistor.
5. STATUS LEDs
Power and Fault LEDs provide a visual status of the drive.
6. Forward and reverse can be set separately
It doesn’t need external reversing contactor and will not result in electric motor parts or other components overheating or burning down.

11. OVER TEMPERATURE PROTECTION

Function instruction of control terminal:
Pin 5, Pin6, Enable: control the motor start and stop.

When connect Pin9 to Pin10, you can control the motor MAX speed by W3, and the signal input terminal Pin12 SV will be invalid.

Adjustment instruction of internal potentiometer:
W1 Adjust the max speed.
W2 Adjust the torque compensation.
W3 When connect Pin9 and Pin10, you can control the motor max speed by this potentiometer.
W4 Adjust the soft start stop time.
W5 Adjust the max output current/torque. the controller will limit the output when the current reach the max current.
