48v/24v 150A brushless DC motor driver Brushless Dc Controller

KYDBL48150-1E is an intelligent brushless DC motor controller.  The operating voltage is 24v/48v, max current is 150A, its adaptable motor power is under 3000w.  It adopts 32-bit high-performance
MCU and advanced movement processing algorithm to realize internal electric differential function. The controller uses the Hall signal inside the motor as the rotor position feedback and works with the external incremental encoder (1000—2500 line) signal to control the movement of motor, realizing speed open-loop, close-loop modes, position mode and torque mode. Meanwhile, it has multiple failure alarm functions.

KYDBL48150-1E is an intelligent brushless DC controller. It adopts 32-bit

high-performance MCU,Advanced motion control algorithm is suitable to the outside of the quadrature encoder input to complete the open loop and closed loop speed, under the closed loop torque of motor sport.Controller with multiple analog input port, the pulse input port and digital I/O port, can through the special software to redefine its functions.Universal RS232 serial port communication, CAN bus,CAN be widely used in automation.

Product Features:

l   Wide-range voltage input, 16-65V.

l   Intelligent PID control loop.

l   Working mode: Speed open-loop, close-loop control, torque close-loop control, position close-loop control.

l   Multiple control modes: RS232, CAN open, analog quantity, PWM, RC, the control modes can be set by Keya monitor.

l   Safety forward & reverse control, four-quadrant operation, support regeneration.

l   External switching control function: Enable, forward reverse, brake.

l   Over current protection.

l   4-way input port; the function can be defined as analog input, pulse input or digital input functions.

l   2-way digital (MOS t ube open-drain) output, Generally as 24V 0.5A output,

(maximum load capacity of 24V 1A), can be used to release the brake or other attachments.

l   Abnormalities like over current, overheating, over voltage and short circuit will start the protection function.

l   LED status indicator.

l Continuous working current 75A, transient current up to 150A 2s.

l Out+5VDC power (It can power up the encoder): 5V DC    20mA (there series a diode, really voltage is 4.2V).

l Analog input range: 0-- 5VDC.

l Impulse input range: 500Hz—5000Hz (corresponding maximum speed)

l [Note] The minimum impulse frequency may change along with the setting of maximum speed.

l Input range of duty ratio 0-- 100% (input frequency range f ≤500Hz, recommend to use the frequency of 250Hz).

l the digital output interface: 2 road, open drain, maximum load capacity of 24V 0.5A

l Temperature protection status: When the temperature reach 65℃, the controller will reduce output by overheating protection and will stop output when the

temperature reach 70℃ .

l Working temperature: -30℃-- +55℃ .

l Ambient humidity: Relative humidity≤80RH.


Description of connection terminals

1. Terminals IN+ and IN-

The left terminals IN+ and IN- are DC input ( 10-55V) and the right terminals are expansion ports,

and they can not be used to input power.

2. Terminals A, B, C:

Brushless DC motor controller output terminal, connected with brushless DC motor.

3. Hall/encoder signal input:

Adopts standard connector DR9, 1-5 connect with the brushless motor Hall wire; 6-9 connect with the external encoder
