High speed 3000r 400w 48v DC brushless motor for AGV
Product Description
*Lower temperature rise, conducive to the overall heat dissipation design of the user. *Higher torque overload capacity; more conducive to the application of various mobile robots. *High efficiency, greatly extending battery life. *Low speed and high torque, effectively reduce the wear on the speed reduction mechanism and prolong the service life of the reduction mechanism. *Smaller vibration and lower noise make users more comfortable. *The insulation class of the motor is H, which effectively prolongs the service life of the motor and ensures excellent overload capacity.

The magnet is made of N38SH, a high-grade material. The product uses SKF bearings, which are well-known for their product quality. The stator uses H-level enameled wire, which is resistant to high temperatures up to 180 degrees Celsius and has super overload capacity. The rotor uses a unique double protection. The silicon steel sheet is made of 50w470. The motor housing is made of aluminum alloy 6061, which has good precision and good heat dissipation. The 2500 incremental encoder is used, and an absolute encoder can be selected.
