Overview:
This driver adopts anti-interference design, which also reduces the interference of the driver to external electronic devices. It can be applied to automatic control interfaces in terms of external signal control
The control method can use analog and switch signals to control the function of the driver. Single chip microcontroller controls commutation and has intelligent logic function, which can automatically determine the rotation of the motor
The speed and current value are then determined by the commutation time, and can also be used to achieve stop braking and fast commutation braking after connecting energy consuming braking resistors. This method is different from conventional commutation
Compared to other methods, it has the characteristics of reliable commutation, low noise, minimal interference, long lifespan, and no arc light. And the external control signal adopts current transmission, which increases anti-interference ability
Ability and reliability, and the speed controller adopts SMT technology, which is small in size, cost-effective, and widely used.
Application scope: Suitable for control requirements of ordinary commutation function of low-power DC motors.
